22019 showed incredible growth in Bambino in the various regions. Cape Town, PE and Northern Regions have more than 10 each on track and there are more youngsters gearing up to race next year! 2020 will see even bigger fields at Nationals with the same nail-biting action that was displayed this year.
 
The only change in the regulations for 2020 is that the minimum weight is 74kg. This will allow heavier kids to enjoy another year of fun, competitive and economical racing in a kart suited to their height. TopKart Comer is the only equipment allowed with no expensive accessories or options allowed.
 
The engine buy out regulation remains in place and it is gratifying to note that not one engine was claimed in 2019. This speaks volumes for the parity of performance despite engines being prepared by various Service Centres.
