South African karters once again excelled at the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals, finishing the 2015 event in second place behind the USA, at a fantastic karting complex at Portimao on the Algarve coast in southern Portugal.
Wow! The Rotax Grand Finals get tougher each year. Eugene Brittz ended up 0.3 of a second off the leaders but only in 30th position overall in DD2.

Two of Cape Town’s top racers will set off for the Rotax Max World Kart Final in Portugal later this week after closing off their world championship preparations in fine style with victories in the penultimate round of the Western Cape karting championship at Killarney on Saturday.
