Eleven nominees for Bridgestone SA / SAGMJ “Motor Sportsman of the Year”

There are eleven nominations for the 2014 Bridgestone SA / SA Guild of Motoring Journalists “Motor Sportsman of the Year” award, which will be announced at a special function in Johannesburg on February 18. There are two nominees for the Colin Watling Award, which recognises significant contribution and achievement by a non-competitor in motor sport.

Good news emerges from Cape Town testing of new Rotax EVO engines and upgrades on existing Rotax engines

MSA Karting Commission President Joy Dolinscheck and her SAKRA team facilitated testing of the new products on Friday the 30th and Saturday the 31st of January 2015 at Killarney kart circuit in Cape Town. Three top drivers with top 2014 motors were used to compare Rotax EVO upgrades to existing (2014 motors) as individual upgrade items and as a complete 2015 new engine package.
